I haven't been back here in a while and wanted to try it again. They don't have as many meat options as most ayce kbbq but I still think it is pretty good! No other place can beat their salad and I don't even like salad or vegetables! Their buffet comes with an egg and soup and other small sides. We tried 6 different meats and all were delicious except one (boneless pork- a bit dry). The bulgogi and marinated steak were my favorites and were seasoned so well that I didn't need to use sauce for them. Only downside is the lot and restaurant are a bit small so you may be waiting but other than that, I would highly recommend!

The food is amazing here. The brisket and spicy pork are great. The pork belly could be better but it's still decent. The best part about this place is the sauce. I could straight up drink the sauce on its own but I don't because it's weird Service is okay here. It's a tiny building and they are busy all the time Given that the building is small, it is very loud and very packed. It would be hard for them to make it bigger but nonetheless still a great place to eat

' Way gah gib' that's how it's pronounced. Had to ask because I'm not proficient with Korean spelling and pronunciation, but I know food! If you've never been here before, or not familiar with the area, you will miss this place because it's tucked behind a Mexican restaurant. It's not fancy by any means, but the meats are really good and so is the dip that is provided. It's sesame based for sure. It comes with 4 types of banchan and a delicious salad to share for all. There is the option to get soup and steamed egg. If you want more than one bowl each, it's extra $2.99 a serving. The soup has a little bit of a bite so be wary if you don't like spice. I love spice and thought it was just right. The servings of meat are quite plentiful. We got the pork belly, marinated steak, spicy boneless pork rib and beef brisket. That was enough for the 3 of us. They also cook the meat for you! That was kinda nice. They dont stand there the whole time, but they come back quite frequently, adjust the burner if necessary and let you know when meat is cooked. They are very efficient. We didn't need to wait for anything. Thay have another side menu with pancakes, rice cakes , mandu, and more, but that's extra cost. Not necessarily needed at kbbq, if you want the grilled meat. You can also ask from garlic and jalapeño on the side, Would definitely dine here again if I. The mood for kbbq.

If you know you know. This is the where I first ate Korean BBQ in the DMV area. The location is quite quaint but well maintained. Not much has changed since the late 2000s which is a good thing nowadays. The service is commendable and the sauce is legendary. Start with the Beef Brisket and work your way through their AYCE menu.

Oegadgib is a pretty popular KBBQ spot - so as the other reviews mention, be ready to wait a bit or go early. The servers are attentive and we did get our food quickly after being seated, which I appreciate. You also get one free order of soup and egg which is a plus. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed with the banchan here, they did not have regular kimchi but rather a marinated cucumber dish. The banchan consisted of the cucumber, macaroni salad (tasty), a spinach (?) dish, and carrots. I would've appreciated more options, but maybe Koreatown LA has got me spoiled. I did really like the green salad the banchan came with though. For the meat, I tried the brisket, galbi, and marinated chicken. The brisket was by far my favorite - can't go wrong with this. The dipping sauce the meat comes with is also quite delicious, I needed a few servings! Haha - anyways, this place is a pretty decent option for KBBQ, it truly is all you can eat.

Go-to KKBQ spot in Annandale. No reservations (unless you have a group of 10+) so expect to wait 30+ minutes for a table. The banchan + salad + sauces here are why we keep coming back. The feel is definitely like you are in "Grandma's house". Meat quality is pretty average (favorites are the marinated meats) but everything else is brings this up to 4 stars.

It is so good to be back. Have always enjoyed Oegadgib in Annandale. My recommendation is go during a weekday night, as parking is a challenge. With that being said, and this restaurant's popularity, you will experience a culinary feast. Am full once again. Tonight was a family celebration, but have gone here for just an all you can eat Korean meal that's an excellent value. Always feel at home here. There are side dishes like rice and vegetables. The sardine soup was surprisingly good, as I gave it a try. My main food choices are the beef brisket or chicken. My apologies for not knowing the ovens names, but the staff help you stirring the meats, so that it's the right temperature. These are so tasty, and the pork belly is a treat. Some love the intestines, while I found them strange and rubbery. There's a whole bunch of choices, and the price is right for this type of quality! I ate too much but that's the joy of a buffet. This is packed always, but the tables/seats are comfortable enough. I like how the staff always is around to help you. It is a wonderful cultural experience. Everyone I know who's been here, feels the same passion I do. It is among the best restaurants in the area. Also you won't be mocked for using a fork. This is a wonderful place with a great staff. This is a must type of place in Annandale!

I absolutely adore their banchan, and it's the main reason why I'm a repeat visitor. While parking can be a bit tight at times due to the popularity of the place, the wait times are usually quite manageable. The service is commendable, with staff being prompt and attentive to diners' needs. Despite the brisket occasionally being on the tougher side, it still offers a satisfying flavor. Although the potato salad has been replaced by mac salad, it remains a tasty accompaniment to the meal. Additionally, their salad is a standout, delivering a burst of flavor that perfectly complements the main dishes. Overall, it's the combination of delicious banchan, efficient service, and a varied menu that keeps me coming back for more.

Hands down my favorite kbbq spot of all time. In the center of Annandale, known as Korean-Town sits Oegadgib. This place has been in business for 10 years and is still doing great.Their special house sauce cannot be beat (you can also order their sauce to go!), and the recreation will not taste as good. They're open nearly all day from noon to 12am; I think on weekends theyre open later but I'm not sure. The restaurant is not too big, so they only have a limited number of tables. There aren't a lot of decorations or anything, but it does give it a homely feel. Their meats are always fresh, and their servers are great and attentive. The servers help you cook your meat, and actually pay attention to your grill. If you're looking for an average price kbbq with great meats and a delicious sauce, definitely go to oegadgib!
